You sleep well with us! Our innovative bed back boards made of a special material shield low-frequency electric fields from power lines (e.g. bedside lamps and sockets) so effectively that they no longer have a negative impact on sleep quality. This means that you feel much more rested and refreshed in the morning during your stay with us.

Your journey starts here
Check-in/check-out
On the day of arrival, your room will be available at 2 PM. On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the rooms by 10 AM. In case of early departure or late arrival, the room will be charged as per the booking.
Board/meals
At Hotel Luggi, we offer you breakfast or a half-board option with your overnight stay. With a deduction of €10.00, you can also book your overnight stay without dinner. Our kitchen is closed on Mondays during the summer. However, our half-board guests can enjoy their dinner at the neighbor hotel.
Pets
Dogs are also welcome upon request. We charge €12.00 per dog per day (food not included). Out of consideration for other guests, dogs are not allowed in the dining room and must always be kept on a leash in the hotel. Thank you for your understanding
Discount for children
0–3 years: free
4–10 years: 50% discount
11–18 years: 30% discount
(valid in the parents’ room or with 2 or more full-paying guests)
Short stay surcharge
For bookings up to 3 days, we charge a surcharge of €10.00 per person per night.
Ski passes
You can purchase your ski pass conveniently and easily from our reception desk under the same conditions as directly from the cable car (cash payment only).
Payment terms
We accept on-site payments in cash, by EC card, Mastercard, or Visa. A deposit of 30% of the total price must be paid for each booking.
Cancellation terms
Cancellations are only accepted in writing. The following cancellation terms apply:
– Up to 3 months before arrival, you can cancel free of charge.
– 3 months to 1 month before arrival, we charge 40%.
– 1 month to 1 week before arrival, we charge 70%.
– In the last week before arrival, we charge 90% of the booking.
We recommend taking out travel insurance.
